Crazy Love International is a diverse and expanding international ministry originally founded by Shelly Pifer with an apostolic team in 1999 in Bismarck, ND. It began with a simple team of worshipers with burning hearts and a divine call to be intimate with our God and lead others into whole-hearted devotion to Jesus Christ. Crazy Love is based out of Crystal River Ministry Center, and encompasses the following aspects of ministry:

Crazy Love Outrageous Missions One of our God-given mandates is that we be “100% devoted to the salvation of souls”. The supernatural result of believers loving God with all of their hearts and living under His prophetic word is that we are empowered to be obedient and then begin to impact our city and the nations and thus fulfill our destiny in the earth. Crazy Love International functions to equip, support, and lead into the harvest field.

Joyful House of Prayer A consecrated prayer room where we can corporately cultivate the oil of intimacy with God.

Crystal River Fellowship A non-denominational, apostolic body of believers that meets regularly at Crystal River Ministry Center. Our mission is to fulfill and equip others in the first and second commandments--"to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind, and love one another as yourself." Our desire is to model a lifestyle of extravageant love for God and others, and cultivate genuine, healthy relationships in the body. A lifestyle of whole-heartedness is demonstrated through extravagant worship and prayer, attention to God’s Word, faithful service, and anointed evangelism as we anticipate the soon return of Jesus Christ, our Bridegroom, King, and Judge.

Compassion in Zion Our expression of love to the poor and needy. We have established a food pantry that we may give to the needy in our local area. We also raise support to show this love into other nations of the world.

Marketplace Ministries CRMC is home to a marketplace ministry, King's Kids Daycare. This place of business give us the ability to influence our city with the powerful love of God. The profits generated from this business are directed back into the ministry and work to further the vision of Crazy Love International.
